I think this lemon bundt was the 1st successful thing I baked in my apartment after moving in. When I bought my mixer, I bought a shit-ton of stuff to start making layer cakes and decorating but I think I baked 4 shit cakes before I quit. In an effort to prove it was the recipes and not me, I found this recipe on Pinterest and baked the crap out of it. It’s a favorite of mine. Very easy to bake, and easy to eat. Plus, it’s verrrry lemony.
