After making these, I realized I’m the kind of girl who loves a little extra. I love a chocolate chip, or a raisin, or a sprinkle! These cookies are a good, basic cookie for people who don’t like a lot of frills with their sweet snacks. These snickerdoodles were the perfect texture. Crisp edges and a soft cake-like center. They’re also very beautiful to look at. I got a lot of gasps and oohs and aahs when I brought these to the office.
