Bake Fail: Brioche Edition

Remember that brioche wreath recipe I made so prettily way back when? My second time was 100% not the charm. I was very sad when these wreaths didn’t turn out well. I used some very fancy French butter in the dough (the packaging had a beret!) and had they turned out right, the berry brioche would have been so beautiful. I think my problem with this dough, was under-developing the gluten. The dough was still a little ripply when I did my first proofing. Well, I’ll do better next time.
