Smitten Kitchen’s snickerdoodle recipe strikes again. I truly only made these because I spent $4 on sprinkles and needed to use them on something. They were pretty but the classic cinnamon sugar coating was the winner. Comparing this batch to the first batch in an earlier post, these were much flatter. Still good, but I wonder what changed.
