Frankly, I don’t know what happened with this cake. It tasted okay but the texture was so gummy and wet that I couldn’t stand it. Based on the wrinkling on the top of the cake I might have over mixed the batter. Or, I shouldn’t have put this batter in anything other than the bundt pan the recipe indicated. Either way, I wasted 4 apples and a lot of elbow grease on this thing. Boo! 😦
